Shipping and return policy
Once an order is place it CAN NOT be changed, modified, or canceled!
Orders with standard shipping will usually be processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. Processing and shipping times do not include weekends or holidays, which may delay your order. Other orders out of our control, including inclement weather, may have an impact on shipping times.
You will receive an email containing shipping and tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folders. If you cannot locate the email, feel free to send us an email at 100thebarbiesapparel@gmail.com and we will provide you with shipping information for your order.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly during the checkout process. The Barbie Apparel with not replace or refund any orders deliver the provided shipping address.
PREORDER POLICY:
PREORDER ITEMS HAVE A TURNAROUND TIME OF 7-21 BUSINESS DAYS. (NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS).ONCE PREORDERS ARRIVE TO US SHIPPING TAKES 3-4 DAYS TO ARRIVE TO YOU.TURNAROUND TIME STARTS ON THAT FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU PLACED A ORDER FRIDAY THE ORDER WILL NOT START PROCESSING UNTIL MONDAY. YOU WILL START COUNTING THE DAYS THAT MONDAY. IF YOU ARE NOT A PATIENT PERSON WE SUGGEST YOU DON'T ORDER PREORDERS BECAUSE "SOMETIMES" SHIPPING DELAYS CAN HAPPEN THAT ARE BEYOND OUR (THE BARBIES APPARELS) CONTROL. BY ORDERING A PREORDER ITEM YOU ARE AGREEING TO WAIT UP TO 21 BUSINESS DAYS. IF WE ENCOUNTER ANY DELAYS WE WILL BE SURE TO REACH OUT TO EACH CUSTOMER OR POST AN UPDATE ON FACEBOOK.
UNFORTUNATELY THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR PREORDER ITEMS UNLESS IT'S AN ISSUE ON OUR END.
